Exercise Referral Research by Hannah Henderson

HannahHART member, Hannah Henderson, was recently invited to present her work at a symposium hosted by Durham University’s Physical Activity Special Interest Group (PASIG), which is co-funded by the Wolfson Research Institute of Health and Wellbeing. The symposium explored “Exercise Referral Schemes: Emerging Evidence and Future Developments” and was an opportunity for researchers and academics to critique research ideas, identify areas of shared interest and collaborative opportunities. Hannah presented her doctoral research, using process sociology to understand the intended actions and unintended consequences of exercise referral provision.
