Congratulations to Dr Noora Ronkainen

Noora LJMU official photoWarmest congratulations from all in HART to Dr Noora Ronkainen, associate member of HART, based in the Department of Psychology, University of Jyväskylä, Finland. Noora has recently been awarded the prestigious International Society of Sport Psychology Developing Scholar Award 2021 for her outstanding research work as an early-career researcher.

The ISSP award is presented to early-career sport psychologists in acknowledgement of contributions to excellence in research and scholarly activity. This award specifically focuses on emerging scholars with no more than seven years post-doctoral experience. The recognition is bestowed upon scholars who have made significant contributions to the global field of sport and exercise psychology within this formative career time-frame. During each quadrennial conference since 1993, only one or two members have received this distinction. Congratulations, Noora!
